Return & Exchange Policy

At Johri Art Jewels, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns

❌ Returns are not applicable on any of our products once purchased. We do not accept return requests for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or size issues.

Exchanges (Applicable Only in Case of Damage)

We offer an exchange only if the product received is damaged at the time of delivery. To process an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. A compulsory unboxing video of the parcel must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.

   • The video must clearly show the outer packaging, seal, and the process of unboxing.

   • Any claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.

2. The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at the details provided on our [Contact Us] page.

3. The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products without an unboxing video proof.

• Products reported after the 24-hour claim window.

• Items that have been worn, altered, or tampered with.

Process for Exchange

1. Contact our support team with your order ID, photos, and the unboxing video.

2. Our team will verify the claim.

3. If approved, you will be asked to ship back the product in its original packaging.

4. Once received and inspected, we will send you a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).
